From drawing to two-and-a-half-dimensional space
A design-led investigation based on Jorge Luis Borges's 'The Library of Babel': a drawing of a cube labyrinth, unfolded step by step, analysed and transformed from two into two and a half dimensions.
By adding layers, depth and spatiality to the drawing, a physical model emerges — an exploration of how composition, repetition and order can become space.
